The all new iMac powered by Intel second gen Sandy Bridge processors and data transfer upto 10Gbps with Thunderbolt

Just less then a single year has passed from the last iMac refresh and a new upgraded version is available.
Apple was forced to make the upgrade because of Intel coming with the next gen Sandy- Bridge processors.
 


The new iMac has come with the Intel second generation processors and the all new AMD Radeon graphic chip to match with the Intel quad core processors. The new noticeable changes list has the new HD front-facing camera to record in high definition and make good quality voice calls through face time for mac.

 Also the USB port's data transfer technology Thunderbolt is introduced in the new iMacs, the port promises 10 Gbps data transfer ports which is 12 times faster than FireWire 800 and 20 times faster than USB 2.0.  The iMac is priced as
21.5" starting at $1199.
27" starting at $1699.
