Fix the .NET Framework Initialization Error

Are you encountering ".net framework initialization" message and you have tried all stuff but still not able to figure out the problem, well here is a possible problem you can fix this by doing the following:

First make sure that you have the .NET Framework installed in your system. Check the the C:\ WINDOWS \ Microsoft.NET \ Framework (assuming that the OS is in C Drive) location exists and it is not empty.

If the folder doesn’t exist (or if it’s empty), then install the .NET Framework. Otherwise, open the Registry Editor by typing in the command "regedit" in the run window. now navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \ SOFTWARE \ Microsoft \. .NETFramework.
In the right pane, double-click the (or create a) String entry named InstallRoot. Set its value to C:\ WINDOWS \ Microsoft.NET \ Framework \ .
Exit the Registry Editor and restart Windows.
