Early access to Gamification At Work book from Interaction Design Foundation

Gamification is trending these days and it is the modern way to increase efficiency at your work place, be it a large enterprise or an individual working from home. Lets make things a little more clear, starting with what gamification is:
"Gamification is the use of game mechanism and game thinking in the real world."
According to Wikipedia:
"Gamification is the use of game thinking and game mechanics in a non-game context in order to engage users and solve problems. Gamification is used in applications and processes to improve user engagement, Return on Investment, data quality, timeliness, and learning. The word was coined by Nick Pelling."
