Google might switch to LG from ASUS for the next Nexus 7

The Nexus 7 has just entered the picture, ASUS and Google have combinedly done a very good job with the tablet. The new Nexus 7 2013 is certainly one of the best Android tablets one can buy, with a high res display and powerful specifications its tough to ignore.
Some reports are floating around claiming Google is planning to switch to lG for the next year's Nexus 7.
LG has a better display technology compared to ASUS which might force Google to make a switch for the next year
The main reason for the switch could be LG's expertise in display technology with a dedicated R&D team and Google has worked successfully with LG for the Nexus 4. Well its a long time away and the current gen is well built and is going to stay at least for the next 12 months or so, so thinking about the next one is very early now and who ever makes it, it just needs to be the best from Google.
