In simple words smile more and be more happy.Smiling and laughing triggers Endorphin which is directly linked to happiness and the amazing feeling of feeling good. Now consider you being able to make someone smile or laugh, how much good you are doing to them, you are helping them to be more positive and happy. Smile is contagious, if you smile at someone they will smile back at you (most of the times).
